The Posh Pet Kitchen stands out as one of the UK’s best for delivering delicious treats for our favourite furry friends.

This Manchester-based company has years of experience in veterinary science and canine rescue and they’ve put their passion for waggy tails into making a whole range of treats for pets, from cupcakes to personalised biscuits.

What we did

Allowing personalisation directly from their online shop meant improving lead times. We custom built these features for the product pages for a quick, easy shopping experience for customers.We also improved the back end, integrating the new customisation data fields into their CRM system for easy order management.

There was also more opportunity for personalisation, implementing the data field features needed for their Subscription Club baskets.

In an effort to build customer retention, the Birthday Club was created – an email subscription to encourage purchases in time for customers’ pets’ birthdays.
